“ My wife and I used to go to the Riverside location all the time when we first started dating, so when we moved to DTLA and realized theres a now Proabition here as well, we knew we had to give it a try. Stopped by for brunch before a noon Lakers game, and they did not disappointin fact, they impressed! First of all the service was on pointfriendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and on top of any request. Food came out super quick, and cocktails came out generously poured! As to the food, we tried three dishes and we enjoyed them all. We shared the birria chilaquiles, and this was definitely my favorite dish. I just wish it had been a little spicier, but other than that Id give it a 9 out of 10. I also had the chicken and waffle. The chicken was perfectly fried, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, way good. The waffle was pretty meh. It was super floppy, not crispy enough, and a little bland. My wife got the chile verde benedict, which she really enjoyed. I had a bite of the benedict as well, and while it did have good flavor, in my opinion its a sin to serve a benedict with a nonrunny yolk. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and cocktails, and we definitely want to come back for dinner. Highly recommend for brunch. ”
“ I LOVED the experience I had here. It was my first time, I made no reservations but the hostess was super sweet about accommodating my friend and I. Hung out in The rabbit hole until the bar opened up spots for us. The vibe was so awesome the bartenders are super cute, friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks they made for us at the bar you can tell this place hired the best. They are all artist .. the entire staff there was simply amazing. The food was delicious, the drinks omg! a little pricey at the downstairs bar tho 20 u just tell them your alcohol of choice and based on that they create a drink. So you dont know how much your paying until its served. Is all good though because it was a great experience. The bar upstairs has a menu of the drinks and food, the drinks are fairly priced 1518 . I had a GEM delicious drink, truffle fries, fried shrimp. All delicious. I will be back ! highly recommended this place! ”
“ Woolights lights lights They used many lights that made so sexy envience as night club. We took a small table even though we didnt have reservation last Saturday. We ordered Himachi Crudo, Fried Shrimp, Ribeye Taco, Salmon, champagne and margarita. Foods was delicious and good service but music was laoud. However, I like to go downstairs secret place as speakeasy bar. I recommend to have one more drink here after dinner. ”
“ This place is a 1010!!!! From the food, to the drinks, to the atmosphere EVERYTHING was on point!!!! The chef is a young black woman, and she is doing her thang thang in the kitchen fa real. We had amazing drinks..something with lavender and fancy pictures on it....not sure what they were called. We had the Truffle fries, Brussel sprouts, chefs special steak, prawn pasta and the salmon EVERYTHING WAS ”
“ I celebrated my cousins birthday with her last weekend! The music was good and the vibe was chill. The sea bass I had was delicious, and the servers were super accommodating to my dietary needs. The only downside was that we were asked to leave pretty quickly because they were shutting down to have a barclub experience. But overall, we had a great time at The ProAbition! “ Nice hidden gem in downtown LA. The restaurant has amazing ambiance and aesthetics, they really did their thing with the decor. The staff was friendly. The drinks were strong and tasty. The food was deliciously fresh and well prepared, I had the steak tacos probably best Ive ever had. ”
“ I ask them if they had a tub with mimosas because I wanted to get free refills on my unlimited mimosas. They did the most and made my friend arvinhave the best 77 year old birthday ever. Brussels sprouts had us gassy but it was worth it ”
“ I absolutely LOVE coming to Proabition DTLA. This place is soooo cute. Such a picture perfect place with their Alice in Wonderland theme. They even have a really sexy speak easy. The food is super delicious and our server Valeria was super knowledgeable about the entire menu and their cocktails as well. They have a cool Beetlejuice Halloween theme cocktail menu. I will definitely be back ”
